I'm starting to get excited about heading down to Baltimore in early December for The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) annual conference. This year we decided not to take a booth in the exhibit hall, opting instead to be free to move around the conference without worrying about manning our post. This is a lot more flexible and hopefully it will provide more opportnities for conversations and introductions.

I have always enjoyed the TABS conference because it is a great opportunity to hear about what is going on in the boarding school world directly from the people in the trenches, not to mention a good time to catch up with old friends and colleagues. It is also great to see what products and services are being showcased and discussed. And of course, we have a lot going on in the coming months that I look forward to talking about.
