In the Webinar today, I was asked if conditional formatting can be used to change the background color of a field depending on the active 'mode' (Browse, Find) I don't think I  fully answered that question. Yes, you can, at least for Browse mode and Find Mode...but your cursor should not be 'sitting' in the field you want to format while switching between modes.
