Ernest Koe is the President of Proof, which he co-founded with Stephen Ritchie. Before starting Proof, Ernest co-founded inRESONANCE, Inc. and spent seven years as the COO of that project.

Ernest is an educator at heart. Before finding himself in the business of incubating technology companies, Ernest started out as History and Foreign Language (Chinese) teacher.

Ernest brings over ten years of experience with database, web technologies to Proof. He is a certified FileMaker 7/8 developer and a veteran FileMaker DevCon presenter. Today, he continues to consult with clients and to develop database applications but he spends most of his time tending to Proof's business.

Ernest lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife and two dogs.
