How does ProofSupport work?

There are two flavors of ProofSupport. With ProofSupport Pro, you pay a small annual membership fee and buy a bucket of support hours. After that, just use those hours for all your support questions. Support hours don't expire, so you are in control of how much and how often you need support.

ProofSupport Enterprise is designed for organizations that need fixed-budget, dedicated FileMaker support for large implementations. It conveys the same level of great service as ProofSupport Pro and can be custom tailored to suit your specific needs.

What makes ProofSupport different than other support programs?

Pricing

There is an annual fee to participate in the ProofSupport Pro (PS) program. The first user is $250, each additional user is $100. PS hours are purchased priced in buckets. Ten hours are $1,250. Twenty-five hours are $2,750. Fifty hours are $5,000. The minimum buy-in is 10 hours.
