Every so often, we get to catch up with our current clients to chat about what’s going on in their admissions offices. I was recently in St. Louis for the Independent Schools of St. Louis Social Media Workshop, which gave me a chance to catch up with Caroline LaVigne, the Director of Admissions & Tuition Aid at John Burroughs School.
The school year is upon us, which means that inquiry season is here, and we are seeing a surge in capturing inquiry data through online forms. With so many different styles of forms on the web, how do you know what exactly goes into a great inquiry form? What’s the best practice so that you can increase your inquiries and obtain better applicants? Should I capture more information or less information?
