Recently on the FileMaker TechTalk list Thomas asked:

I'm trying to figure out a way where I can have a single container field on a layout, but be able to either:

1. Set the container field up as repeating, and be able to change which repition is displayed on the layout
 or

2. Include the container in a portal to a related table, and be able to have a nice interface for switching between related records
